Gotos Consulting was established to bring specialized financial expertise to the organizations that need it most. We believe that mid-sized nonprofits deserve the same level of financial strategy and compliance rigor as the government agencies and foundations that fund them.

Our founder, Juan Gotos, spent over 15 years in audit management consulting and federal compliance for the government and education sectors. He saw firsthand that many mission-driven organizations were missing out on critical funding opportunities: not because of their programs, but because of the administrative burden of financial reporting.

We created Gotos Consulting to bridge that gap. We serve as a strategic partner for nonprofits that are ready to grow, providing the audit management, internal controls, and grant compliance systems necessary to secure sustainable funding.
